Good Morning!

Elle and I are just sitting here after an early morning feeding and I can't sleep or maybe Elle can't sleep!  Ha...I was so disoriented that I swore it was 3:30 so I got up and took my meds, only to find out I was an hour off and it was only 2:30!  My poor stomach and liver right now, I'm ready to be done with this pain medication, Ahh!  Oh well...drinking lots of water now...and hoping Elle doesn't get hungry again till 4:30!

We had a great Thursday at the Splinter household!  I felt great the whole day and was able to get up and move quite a bit, until of course Mr. Mom (aka Wade this week) made me sit down for a bit to rest.  I did not run a fever the whole day.  So we continue to pray that my days of fever are behind me, and that the road to recovery is going strong.

We were so excited to have our best buddy Jason home from a business trip in Italy.  Our lil peanut has been waiting to meet him and he was able to come over last night!  (he literally drove over right after he got off the plane!)  So lil Elle made friends with Jason super quickly.  Buddies for life!  Jason also brought Elle some of the latest Italian fashions for babies!

Elle and I are loving all of the precious flowers sent by friends and family!  It truly feels like spring in our apartment.  Wade even went out and bought more flowers and plants today!  Yeah for spring!
