Today, however, we have had a jam packed day of excitement. We started off this gorgeous day with a stroll along the lake...reminding us why it was we liked Chicago so much! We then, much to Maddy's delighted surprise, stumbled upon a beach dog park! So Maddy got to run, jump, swim, and play for a couple hours. We then headed south to west town for Wade's soccer practice, where I got to gab it up with a friend and walk Maddy for a few hours, while Wade tore it up on the field! After several hours of walking for me, we decided it was time to feed baby and ventured to the chicago loved eatery Hot Doug's! The Alligator Dog, Cajun Pork Dog, and Duck Fat Cheese Fries were worth the 40 min wait!! I know you are jealous!
Hopefully after tons of walking and spicy food, baby will be getting ready to come soon! Now we are just pumped for some Final Four action!

yeah...you can tell it was so my idea to head here right? Um not so much...what does duck fat fries even mean...they did have veggie corn dogs though and apple and soy sausage (with no meat)
