Adventures with Lisa and Jeff

Yes we are alive in Londontown. We have just been off of the grid for awhile! We had a lovely time with Auntie Lisa and Uncle Jeff for a few weeks of holiday really. They arrived on Sunday, June 7th and we enjoyed time with them until the 17th. Elle really warmed up to them both and we have so many wonderful memories together. We don't know how they feel about it, but we would definitely consider them great travel buddies and hope for many more adventures in the future. Perhaps with a little baby Mueller...we will have to see.

I have linked all of our photos from Germany below. Although I must say that Lisa and Jeff have a lot more great ones! So we will get some of these once they return. Here are a few of our favs for the blog.

We saw so much with them...including Michelle, Sasha, and Mali caravan, as well as the Queen herself in London, a lovely service at Westminster Abbey, Tower of London and Tower bridge at sunset, the remnants of the Berlin Wall, Brandinberg Gate, Cathedral de Cologne, the German countryside via train, the shopping and waterfront of Hamburg, many a Rathaus, the lovely Riesling and castle filled rhine river, quaint Heidelberg, and the beer haus of Munich.

The memoirs of the trip will be available for purchase in the future as Lisa was recording every fun filled (and drama filled) detail. While Germany might not be my long lost soul mate of a country, we so enjoyed traveling with our family and are very glad we did! If anything I really enjoyed the Riesling and Hefiwisen and the history as well.

We arrived home in the wee hours of last thursday morning a bit knackered and in need of some R&R...so thankfully we had a very low key weekend and feel much better this week! Elle and I hit the ground running and of course have been busy with community commitments since we arrived at home! Today I am enjoying a lovely quite moment amidst the flowers and sun in Regents Park regrouping and catching up a bit.
