If it makes you happy!

So Elle has been super fussy this week!  Diva strikes back, demanding to be held at all times.  Last week and weekend, were lots of fun.  We were on the go a ton though and so are playing a bit of catch up here.  So funny that if I don't post right away, I forget everything we did!  

Mon was a blur, Tues we headed up to see Jackie and Laura in the ville, Lisa was in last Wed.  We hit up Green City Market, as well as took a romp around the Lincoln Park area.  We had a delightful lunch at recently remodeled Cafe deLuca on Damen in Bucktown.   I showed her around the neighborhood and made some tacos for dinner.  We walked on Thursday morn before Lis headed for the Cubs game! 

We were out to Sugar Grove on Friday for Elle's first swimming venture.  She did well.  Becky will be providing pics soon!!  Mom came in on Friday night as Wader was out of town with his family.  So Sat we headed for breakfast with our lil buddy Gina and then tried to get the house a bit more under control!!  Saturday night our old buddy Felix came in to the city for a visit, somehow I have no photos to document the event, but we had a nice time with him and Jason!!  

Sunday we crashed Elle's pal McKenna's christening!  It was Wade's first catholic mass experience and Elle's first as well!  McKenna looked absolutely adorable in her lil dress, and momma Christina was looking hot too!  I posted some photos!!

Bruns came in on Mon to celebrate his bday!!  We hit up the field museum (elle slept through the dinosaurs of course), walked by soldier field, had some lunch at rock bottom, it was a great day!!  Just getting caught up the rest of the week now, getting visas together and packing for Vancouver (or wait did I say entertaining fussy Elle ;)
